Local Transport and Parking

The Sail Loft is situated on one of the best bus routes in Jersey; in the summer buses run every 20 minutes from St. Aubin to the airport and to the bus station in St. Helier where you can catch buses to all other parts of Jersey. Bicycles can be rented from a local company in St. Aubin, and the same company operates a mini train which runs along the sea front to St. Helier. There is also a taxi company nearby.

In view of this, there really is no need to bring or hire a car. However, if you do, there are two parking places directly in front of The Sail Loft which are for the exclusive use of our customers and which can be reserved in advance for a small charge. There are also public car parks nearby.

Accomodation

There are two ground floor and two first floor one bedroom apartments, equipped to the highest standards. The four centrally heated apartments are all family friendly and comprise a bedroom, shower-room / WC and an open-plan living room and kitchen.

The open plan living room has been furnished with Italian leather furniture to provide you with a comfortable area to sit and relax. As well as a sofabed, there are two additional leather chairs and a dining table.

Each apartment offers:

Spacious open plan living room
TV providing Freesat channels together with a DVD player
Free wifi access
Fully equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer, combination oven/microwave, washing machine/tumble drier and a dishwasher.

We will provide a complementary welcome pack with all the essentials (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, dishwasher tablets, detergent ....) on your arrival.

The sleeping accommodation in your apartment is extremely flexible. In the bedroom, the bed can either be configured as a double or as two singles - please make sure you let us know your preference when you make your booking. In addition, the sofabed in the living room can be opened very quickly and simply into a comfortable double bed to provide additional sleeping facilities if required. Travel cots and linen can be provided for babies if required. We also provide beach towels for all our guests.

All the apartments have shower rooms with large walk-in shower cubicles and thermostatically controlled mixer valves. The ground floor units have been configured as wet-rooms, ideal for customers with restricted mobility.

For bigger parties, the two ground floor apartments can be interlinked to create one large unit which is able to accommodate up to eight people (maximum seven over the age of 16).

With its envious location these family run apartments offer a warm and friendly welcome.

Dogs

The Sail Loft is one of the very few properties in Jersey were dogs are allowed in some of the apartments. Please let us know if you want to bring your dog when you make your booking so that you can be allocated one of the "dog friendly" apartments.
